Walker Systems Ltd, established in 1997, is a family business dedicated to customer service within the Information Technology industry. With 40 years of experience in the sector, starting in IBM, Norman Walker provides technical expertise and practical advice to the highest level. Customers cover a cross-section of industry and include Accountancy, Law, Charities, Nursing Homes, Clinics, Sports organisations and private individuals among others.
Software solutions comprise packages developed in-house, along with selected software that has a proven track record. Software solutions address Patient Care, Staff Scheduling and Charity Management along with Messaging, Backup and Security.
Technical services are headed up by Mark Walker who, with ten years working in the IT sector, is responsible for network management and general IT support. We install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either using remote connection services, over the phone or in person. This is based on a choice of support plans designed to fit your business and budget and provide a friendly and reliable service, based on a good relationship.
