The complete management solution for practices
PatientManager4 is intended to assist clinics and practices to manage patient profiles, record treatments and charges, accept payments and maintain patient files. The system has been designed and implemented using the latest Microsoft development tools and will run on Windows 7, Windows 10 desktops, laptops and tablets.
The software can be used on a single workstation or in a multi-user environment and is a direct upgrade for the very successful PatientManager3 package that has been helping practices for many years.The simple interface allows secretarial staff to understand and implement the software quickly and accurately.
Patient Profiles
Patient profiles include preferences for email or SMS communication, club or group membership, electronic filing to include incoming (scanner required) or outgoing correspondence and practice notes. Patient records can be electronically archived following a specified period of inactivity. Archived patients can be recalled at any time.

Communications
Appointment reminders can be created and communicated to patients by SMS or email depending on the patient requirements. The use of text reminders requires an account with a service provider. This is available at additional cost.
Personalisation
Settings relating to your specific practice allow you to tailor the screens, icons, terminology and values to match the way you work. Various colour coding and skins are available to adjust the screen images to suit your corporate colours or preferences.Lists of your neighbourhood doctors, referring consultants, clinics and hospitals can be recorded and attached to a patient profile, used to send patient letters or simple communications.
